    Brebis is a fresh, pasteurized, sheep's milk cheese, produced similar to a Chevre. It is rich with a supple texture, while being light on the palate. Brebis is slightly tangy, yet well balanced, making it a very versatile cheese. Enjoy with a good, toasty, crusty bread alone, or mix in some herbs for an enhanced bread spread like we do in our dining room.  We use it in salads, for baking, and it's a big hit on our FarmStead Pizza!  Available Spring through Fall. *Perishable items ship via Fedex Overnight Express service (business day delivery).  When ordering perishable and non-perishable items within the same order, your entire order will ship Overnight Express.
